The location is excellent, right by the perimeter of the historic center. The onsite restaurant is very good.

The water pressure was strong and the water was nice and hot if I wanted it. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location near everything. Other reviews complained about the noise from the street, the noise did not bother me at all. Overall it was a good stay.

The rooms are a good size. There are plenty of outlets for all computers and phones to charge up. I stayed in the balcony room and you can see the volcano from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is perfect to explore city center and there is a shopping center with restaurants near by which is very convenient if you don't have time to walk around the city center.

Great location, smack in the middle of all things touristy. Easy walking distance to sites and eateries. The rooms are clean and comfy and although next to the main road, noise is well-controlled. Nice on-site restaurant .

Rooms had a wonderful view! Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, great location to central Puebla. Overall very clean. Hotel has a good vibe. Great great price.

we had a magnificent view over cinco de Mayo parade. the staff were helpful when were robbed and even provided a nice gift.

Stylish, comfortable and affordable hotel. Well located for the central plaza, restaurants, bars etc. Comfortable stay!

The hotel is very nice and very clean. I also got a great deal for the room I got. It’s in walking distance to some great restaurants, mercados, and the cathedral plaza which is a must see.
